It is based in a characteristic Amsterdam house (anno 1882) that has been newly renovated. The room is for 2 persons and has its own private luxury bathroom with shower, toilet, double washbasin and floor heating. And you will have a good night's rest on high quality boxspring beds (Auping/ Pullman) and dim-out curtains.
There is a direct bus connection from Schiphol Airport (397) or (N97 nightbus). Busstop at 250 meters from our b&b only.

Our price per night is depending on high/ low season. Please send us an e-mail so we can give you the exact price for the dates you request. This is the price per night for 2 persons without breakfast, including linen & towels and all fees and taxes.

Self-checkin by keysafe. Check-in time possible from 2 PM onwards. In case your arrival time is before 2 PM it is possible to stall your luggage in the hall for the time being.
Check-out time 11 AM. In case you have a late departure it is possible to store your luggage in the hall after checking out and to pick it up later whenever is convenient for you.
In order to make a reservation a credit card guarantee is required. The total amount can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Due to a staircase it is not suitable for disabled people and people with lesser mobility.

LATE ARRIVAL:

It's no problem in case you have a late flight. There is nightbus (N97) running twice per hour from Schiphol Airport to the busstop at 250 meter from our house only. AND We have a keysafe hanging outside. We will give you instructions how to take the key out of this keysafe. With this keycard you can check yourself in at any time.

Cross one bridge and you walk on the famous Amsterdam canals. The Jordaan with it's cosy boutiques and restaurants and the 'Nine little Streets' are nearby, as well as the Leidsesquare. On walking distance you'll find the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Goghmuseum, Vondelpark and Dam Square.
Furthermore, our house is very near to every possible public transport.

We know Amsterdam very well and have made an information map especially for our guests with all our personal tips about our beautiful city. So you are sure to find the nicest restaurants, real Dutch pubs, the new hotspots in town, the prettiest canals, and the old small villages just outside of Amsterdam. Please be aware there are renovation activities on the ground floor apartment of the house. Meaning there could be inconvenience and noise disturbance during daytime (7am - 4pm).

Cancellation Policy for direct bookings: in case you cancel within 13-5 days prior to your arrival date we charge 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within 4 days prior to your arrival date the total amount will be charged.
